Fixing the mosquito net mesh

Fixing the mosquito net mesh

1 Put the frame on the table and loosen the old slats profiled with a scraper. Start undermining from the middle of the strip and move to the sides.
2 Trim the mesh to the right size and attach with staples or nails to one of the edges of the frame. If the mesh is made of plastic, put under the bottom after 4 cm on each side.

3 Press the frame to the table by bending it slightly, and then stretch the mesh on it so, to be maximally tensioned. Attach the mesh on a long, opposite edge, then remove the clamp and remove the supports.
4 Slightly stretch the material to the sides of the frame and fix with staples or nails. Start in the middle of the edge, moving to the sides. At the end, attach the mesh to the center strip.

5 Attach the net to the middle lath and cut off any excess with knives (metal) or knife (plastic). Try not to cut too close to staples and nails.
6 Nail the old profiled slats or buy new ones if possible. Drive the heads of nails under the surface of the wood and sand the recesses. Finally, prime and paint the entire frame.
